I've finally narrowed it down to my top three "Rest of my life" cars. These are cars that, if I were able to get them and maintain them without making myself financially uncomfortable, I could and would gladly own for the rest of my life- and JUST these three.

So, my question to you:

You can only drive 3 cars for the rest of your life. These have to be feasible options (as in cost is an object, both in purchasing price and maintenance. You can go above your current income level, but be reasonable, lol).

What three do you pick?

2006 Saab 9-2x Aero MT. One of the best chassis/powertain combos ever made by Subaru, made BETTER by Saab in a huge number of ways, including styling and handling. Also one of the most all-year-round, fun-to-drive grocery-getting daily drivers in the world, in my opinion.

TOP THREE THURSDAY!S

1977 Toyota Celica GT RA29 18R-G W50. I mean....just LOOK AT IT! A lightweight, well-balanced, RWD classic Japanese sportscoupe with a bulletproof, high-revving engine in the front, power goes to the back, and a manual transmission to complete the list, all shod in a beautiful package that somehow cohesively combined raw American muscle with Japanese efficiency and visual flow. It is also an amazing driver's car, up there with the E30, without all the crazy maintenance costs. And again, just LOOK AT IT!

TOP THREE THURSDAY!S

South African 1986 Alfa Romeo GTV6 3.0l Turbo. - This is, in my opinion, without a doubt the most Desu car ever made. It is, on my opinion, the most beautiful, perfect, daily-driving performance car Alfa has ever produced. It's sleek, stylish, athletic, sporty, muscular, and still offers the practicality one needs in a daily driver. It's also an amazing performance machine with one of the best-sounding engines ever made. It's a 5-door hatchback, with a near-ideal weight balance due to the delightfully quirky transaxle layout, and an amazing racing pedigree. And this particular combination? The right-hand-drive edition with the NACA duct hood, 3.0l V6 with a garret turbocharger? Was only made in South Africa. It's perfect!
