The Hunt is Nearing an End

After two and a half weeks without a car, following the demise of my Mystique, I find myself in the negotiation process for my new vehicle. I've decided to go wayyyyy under budget, because I have found what is quite possibly the cleanest 1995 Tacoma 4x4 on the market. So I'll give you guys a few details on the car and you can let me know what you think about it. It's a regular cab, automatic :(, it has 163k miles on the odo, the original owner put 80k on it before the current owner bought it from him and had it shipped down here to Texas from Maryland almost 10 years ago. There is no visible rust in any of the worrying places, the interior is flawless, but the exterior has some rock chips. I drove it around and it felt really solid, no creaks or rattles even when hitting speed bumps. The owner is currently asking $2800. So what do you guys think, should I go for it?
