Screw the LaFerrari This is the most important Ferrari ever made IMO.

Ever since the very first time I saw a picture of the Enzo back in 2002 I was completely sold. It was really love at first sight. Yes there is now way faster cars out there but for me this will always be the Holy Grail of cars. I mean it is a car so good they named it after the man himself. Here we are 13 years after… » 2/12/15 10:43am 2/12/15 10:43am

I found a bunch of my old Hot Wheels

These were the shit back in the day. I used to make some of the craziest tracks with these. Hopping the foyer, traversing between my house and my best friend's (we were next door neighbors), looping staircases, replicating traffic jams, hell even circumnavigating our old house with the help of all of my friends (no… » 12/16/14 7:11pm 12/16/14 7:11pm

CBad Cars: Carlsbad Cars and Coffee 10/25/14

Well, I finally made it back out to our local cars and coffee this morning and boy did it not disappoint. Lots of nice exotics, old metal and just cool in general cars. The lot was so full around Starbucks that it actually spilled out down around the sides and back of the shopping center. My phone was low on… » 10/25/14 1:25pm 10/25/14 1:25pm

Nissan IDx at Irvine Cars and Coffee

Today Nissan stopped by Cars and Coffee Irvine during its IDx in Socal event. I was there as the cars arrived to get some pictures and hobnob with Nissan PR folks and get as much information about the car. I didn't learn anything new from Nissan, even though I bribed them with Girl Scout cookies (what sort of human… » 2/02/14 12:29am 2/02/14 12:29am

What is this strange Ferrari prototype testing in Fiorano?

What you see in this video is a midship Ferrari in Camouflage driving around Fiorano. While it could be another test session for the LaFerrari, the camouflage and the turbo sound bring a few questions. Why does it sound different? What is this car? » 12/05/13 10:11am 12/05/13 10:11am

La Ferrari - it is really "The Ferrari" I think the name is perfect!!!

With the announcement of all of the new Hypercars this year many are focusing on the "ridiculous" name that Ferrari has chosen to anoint its flagship car with, La Ferrari. As it is still new in the wings of all the media hype, La Ferrari has yet to really be exposed other than blogs and small chirps of internet… » 9/05/13 12:27pm 9/05/13 12:27pm

Based on advertised #s, the 458 Speciale should be (almost) AS FAST AS…

Wikipedia says the Enzo does 60mph in 3.1, and Top Gear says the 458 speciale does 60 in 3.0. I dont know all the numbers, but Im guessing the 458 may have a slightly better power to weight ratio. Will the Enzo be "eclipsed" by the 458 speciale? And if not, how close will the 458 speciale be to the Enzo's performance? » 8/24/13 9:12pm 8/24/13 9:12pm
