Preponderantly Powerful Pikes Peak Peugeot's Performance is PreposterousS

Sébastien Loeb's Pikes Peak Peugeot is insane. As proof, I present you with these metrics:

0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 1.8 seconds.
0 to 200 km/h (124 mph) in 4.8 seconds.
And 0 to 240 km/h (149 mph) in 7(!) seconds.

The Peugeot 208 T16 is powered by a mid mounted twin turbo 3.2L V6 making 875HP and weighs 1929 lbs (875 kg - perhaps a goal of 1HP per kg was the target). This should be an immensely exciting Pike Peak race this year. And he's competing in the Unlimited class with the current record holder Rhys Millen in his Hyundai PM580T and if that weren't enough, there are two (!) RS200's which are also entering in the Unlimited class (piloted by Pat Doran and Mark Rennison).

And that's just the Unlimited class, in the Electric Car division are a pair of recognizable names as well, Rod Millen will be running in the same class as Nobuhiro "Monster" Tajima. And let's not ignore that Jeff Zwart is returning to run with his 911 GT3 Cup car and Paul Dallenbach will be in an insanely customized Hyundai Genesis coupe... And these are just the recognizable names, we've seen features on here talking about Michael Bream's electric M3 and James Robinson's modified NSX (and of course the RS200's mentioned earlier).

And with that... I leave you with some additional Pug pictures courtesy of the Red Bull Content Pool.
