How are you guys reading this:
"Yes, we could have them to you by 2/28 or before if not plated."
These are some metal parts I am having fabricated (work-related, nothing interesting).
Do you read this as, they WILL be plated and they WILL be to you by 2/28. or sooner if you do NOT plate.
Or... Do you read this as, it'll be to you by 2/28 if you do NOT get them plated.
I can see it either way...
