I was driving to class today when a concrete truck pulled out in front of me. He proceeded to lumber on at a solid ten under the limit. I eventually got away from it and got held up by a cyclist who was riding in the street when there is a bike trail just off the road on the otherside. Then I was stuck at a traffic light for two rounds because a car wanted to turn left into the UDF just before the intersection, but refused to make the turn until there were no cars with in a mile traveling the opposing direction. While at that light I saw five more concrete trucks. Why are there so many concrete trucks?
